Aim & Scope

About Conference
In recent years, it has been heard about internet of things, industrial IOT, smart factories, smart healthcare, smart mobility and smart energy etc. The technologies deliver huge economy and financial benefits and will continue the same in near future. Different sensor devices have been used by people in daily life like mobile devices, automobiles, vehicular tracking, management systems etc. Even database has also been updated by huge amount of data through the globe. So the role of big data and data analytics will lead to further evolution of ubiquitous computing, cognitive computing with computational intelligence and cloud computing. The new paradigm is developed with microprocessors embedded in everyday objects and play vitol role with computing based on different components that can couple the physical world with the virtual world.

Further, device to device communication is a promising concept using cloud computing for resource utilization without any centralized communication. Thus computing application, security data privacy is a major issue. To achieve secure communication, efficient algorithms, optimization techniques and suitable privacy techniques need to be developed to avoid leakage of data. Computing, communicating and energy resources are needed in daily life for several uses.

The aim of this international conference is to coverage all the issues on a single platform and provide international forum for researchers to discuss the real-time problems and solutions to exchange their valuable ideas and showcase the ongoing works which may lead to path breaking foundation of the futuristic engineering. This conference mainly aims at advanced communication protocol, database security and privacy, advanced computing system, saving energy etc. on several updated techniques. The conference offers a platform to focus on the inventive information and computing towards the investigation of cognitive mechanisms and processes of human information processing, and the development of the next generation engineering and advanced technological systems.

Scope of conference
The role of computing, communicating, energy resources are to be emphasized in computer science and engineering, electronics and communication engineering and electrical engineering respectively to enhance and motivate the new technology for wide range of applications.

The conference contains publications on theory, applications, and design methods based on related topics. The list of topics spans all the areas of the above domains. They cover significant recent developments in the field, both of a foundational and applicable character. An important characteristic feature of the series is the short publication time and world-wide distribution. The selected papers will be published in Scopus journals and UGC referred journals. This permits a rapid and broad dissemination of research results.

The objective of the conference is to bring together experts from academic institutions, industries, research organizations and professional engineers for sharing of knowledge, expertise and experience in emerging trends related to the computer, communication and electrical topics.

Paper Submission

Instructions to Authors

Authors are requested to submit their papers in the format specified in the Paper Template. Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for publication in the ICOCAC-2018.

Importance of Conference Policy Announcement

The conference reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution if the paper is not registered at the conference. Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously and the conference will take action against any author who engages in either practice.

Accepted papers of authors are required to register for the conference and present the papers at the conference. All accepted papers will be submitted in conference database for consideration. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to the due date of registration. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one registration for each paper is required. If the author is unable to present his/her paper, he/she should be informed to convener of conference.

The standard citation reference may help you with the references in your paper. All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages including figures, without incurring additional page charges. One (1) additional page is allowed with a charge of Rs. 200 or USD 20, if accepted. Maximum four pages can be added.

Paper Submission

This is a blind peer-reviewed conference. Authors are cordially invited to submit original papers based on attached format through online paper submission process (Easy Chair submission system) or conference mail id (icocac@kgr.ac.in) on or  before 30 October, 2018.

Please follow the link for submission of paper by EasyChair: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icocac2018

Prospective authors are invited to submit papers of six (6) to eight (8) A4 pages (including tables, figures and references) in standard conference format (it is absolutely necessary to respect the Style guide for Papers). A blind peer-review process will be used to evaluate all submitted papers. Each full registration for the conference will cover a maximum of one paper; each author registration will cover a single paper only. Extra paper, 2nd paper and onwards, must be registered separately.

The format instructions in the template must be followed, it is notably important to use the right paper format: A4 to have the right margins not to use page numbering. (page footer must be empty)
