Biography:
Mr. Khamruddin Syed is an Associate Professor, Dept of EEE and Head –Center for Engineering Education Development (CEED). He has 14 years of teaching experience at under graduation level. He has published Research Papers in various domains including Power Systems, Electric Drives and Engineering Education in Scopus and well reputed journals. He has selected as an Assistant Faculty for IUCEE-IGIP International Teachers Certification Program for multiple times for collaborative learning, effective assessments and harnessing the power of technology in engineering education. He has conducted various FDP’s on teaching and Learning, Outcome Based Education (OBE), Technology enhanced learning, etc. He is the reviewer for ICTIEE 2017,2018, 2020, 2021 conferences on transformations in Engineering Education. His other interests are Pedagogical Training, Collaborative Learning, and Assessment. He has organized and acted as a Convener for National Conference (NCESTFOSS) in 2017. He has been awarded as Microsoft Educator Award in the year 2015 and IUCEE faculty Fellow (Outstanding Engineering Educator Award) in the year 2017 for contributions in teaching and learning.
