A.S. Reddy Puli, Assistant General Manager in JSW Cement Limited, Hyderabad, had been invited to deliver the session. He explained to the students about how GGBS material can reduce the carbon footprints and protect environment. He gave a detail explanation on material GGBS, specification and strength and lastly concluded with the brief discussion on real time constructions which utilized GGBS as construction material. After the presentation, our students interacted with the speaker and cleared their doubts. At the end of the session, Dr. Soumya Singha, HOD Civil felicitated our resource person. Lastly the session was concluded with vote of thanks given by Mrs. Mounika Naidu, Assistant Professor, Civil Department, KG Reddy College of Engineering & Technology, Hyderabad.
