AboutElectronics & Communication Engineering

Established in 2008, the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering offers a robust B.Tech program with an intake of 120 students. The department is distinguished by its state-of-the-art infrastructure, advanced laboratories, high-end computing resources, and seamless high-speed internet connectivity, all supported by a cadre of accomplished and experienced faculty dedicated to upholding global academic standards.

ECE remains a cornerstone of technological innovation and societal progress. The department is committed to fostering an intellectually vibrant academic ecosystem that nurtures students into proficient technocrats and visionary techno-managers. Emphasis is placed on holistic development through experiential learning, critical inquiry, and problem-solving, facilitated by modern laboratories, innovation hubs in Robotics and IoT, and project-driven pedagogy.

Bridging academia with industry, the department actively promotes practical exposure through live projects, strategic collaborations, MoUs, internships, industrial visits, workshops, and expert lectures in frontier domains such as DSP, VLSI, Embedded Systems, and Communication Technologies. Participation in professional bodies like IETE, along with research and co-curricular engagements, further enriches the student experience. With steadfast faculty mentorship and strong industry interaction, the department prepares graduates to excel in premier software and hardware sectors within an increasingly competitive global landscape.
