Department of Civil Engineering in Association with Green Construction Club and Sky Rider Institution organised certificate course on Auto CAD from 15-11-2022 to 30- 01-2023 to IInd year CivilEngineering Students of KGRCET. Trainer was Ms Reshma Begum , CAD expert from Sky RiderInstitution, have conducted training session during complete course by teaching them 2D and 3D modelling of Civil Engineering CAD, which plays prominent role for an Civil Engineer to grab opportunities in Civil Industry. Nearly 42 Students from IInd year Civil Engineering registered for the Course and Successfully Completed. AutoCAD is a program extensively used by civil engineers and other professionals all over the world. It allows a designer to analyse, design and plan easily and efficiently. People can access easily AutoCAD designs from anywhere as the software also provides cloud integration. Students practised all the Commands during the practice sessions. CAD Expert also gave projects for the students to evaluate their understanding level at the end of the course by dividing them into team of 5 members, for which students need to submit report. This course was highly beneficial to all the registered students which will give them Internship and placement opportunities
