Department of Civil Engineering in association with Green Construction Club had organized a Seminar on the topic "Career Opportunities for Civil Engineers” on 14th March 2023 for IInd, IIIrd and IVth year Civil Engineering students of KG Reddy College of Engineering & Technology, Hyderabad. Mr. Mani Mohan Trinath, Resource Person from ACE Academy enlightened the minds of Civil Students with a broad explanation on future opportunities in different sectors in Civil Engineering, where a Civil Engineer can have with wide range of packages. He motivated them through his life experiences and explained them, the skills and knowledge a Civil Engineer must have to fulfil today’s requirements. He guided them to follow up the steps that he suggested that makes them to reach out their goals to get succeed stepping in future endeavours. He also briefed about various positions in the government sector starting from Assistant Engineer, Assistant Executive Engineer, Executive Engineer to Chief Engineer and starts from Trainee Engineer to Chief Executive Officer in the private sector. Nearly 94 students have attended this programme and got benefitted.
