On 4th July 2023, Department of Civil Engineering arranged a meeting with External BoS members at College Premises (Board Room) with listed agenda’s such as Institutional level ranking and recognitions received, R&D update-Funded projects, paper publications, patents, consultancy in 2022-23 academic year, Students preparation for industry-certificate programmes conducted last academic year, Updates on placements of 2023 pass out batch, Approval of the course outline and Syllabus of KGR21- III and IV B.Tech, Approval of course outline and syllabus for KGR23- I and II B.Tech, Approval of tentative course structure for KGR23- III and IV B.Tech, Category-wise credit breakdown of courses, Open and Professional Electives, Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA) to receive feedbacks for further improvements. At the start of meeting, Dr. Soumya Singha, HOD, Civil Engineering welcomed all BOS members and introduced all the faculty members, CE to external BoS members. All the agenda were presented and discussed accordingly. The structure and syllabus were discussed at length. BOS has approved the structure and syllabus of courses with modification suggested during the meeting.
