According to the route and time plan, bus was departed and reached the Hyderabad Construction and Demolition Pvt ltd, Nagole at 11:30A.M.Facultymembers of Dr.M.Durga&Mr.Thangamani K accompaniedstudentsduringtheVisit.The technology and the equipment used for collection of demolition waste recycling process was made familiar and the various processes involved in collection, separation and storage of construction waste and its procedure was explained. Discussion on the difficulties faced and possible solutions to overcome these difficulties was held.Recognizing the need to manage this crisis, GHMC (Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation) has set up two processing plants at Jeedimetla and Fathullaguda and has planned two more at Shamshabad and Shamirpet. The Platform served large quantities of C&D waste getting recycled/reused thus bringing in circularity in this stream of waste.
