Network analysis (NA) is a set of integrated techniques to depict relations among actors and to analyze the social structures that emerge from the recurrence of these relations. The basic assiunption is that better explanations of social phenomena are yielded by analysis of the relations among entities. This analysis is conducted by collecting relational data organized in matrix form. If actors are depicted as nodes, and their relations as lines among pairs of nodes, the concept of social network changes from being a metaphor to an operative analytical tool which utilizes the mathematical language of graph theory and of matrix and relational algebra.

In general, it is easy to analyze any electrical network, if it is represented with an equivalent model, which gives the relation between input and output variables. For this, we can use two port network representations. As the name suggests, two port networks contain two ports. Among which, one port is used as an input port and the other port is used as an output port. The first and second ports are called as portl and port2 respectively Session has conducted through on1ii:e mode started with introduction of resource person Mr.

P. Veemath Assosiate Professor, Dept. of ECE, Joginpally B R Engineering College. by Mrs.P.Shirisha. Resource person has explained about organization of Network Analysis and Transmission Line. She also explained about importance of Network Analysis and Transmission Line and their real time applications. She explained about importance's of Networks and different types of Networks in detailed. She delivered the effective lecture regarding two port network

techniques in the session with technical examples.

Network analysis :

Network theory, the analysis of relations through mathematical graphs. Social network analysis, network theory applied to social relations.

A network topology is the physical and logical arrangement of nodes and connections in a network. Nodes usually include devices such as switches, routers and software with switch and router features. Two Port Network:

Resistors, inductors and capacitors are the examples of one port networlc because each one has two terminals. One port network representation
