Faculties from Civil Engineering Department Mr Thangamani K and Mrs G Mounika Naidu attended IGBC Hyderabad Chapter’s Townhall meeting at HICC, Novotel &connect, towards a Sustainable future on 12th September, 2023. Both the faculties interacted with Mr C Shekar Reddy, Chairman-CII-Indian Green Building Council, Hyderabad and Mr SundeepVullikanti, Senior Counsellor, CII- Indian Green Building Council discussed many points including, Vision, Mission of the Civil Engineering Department, KG Reddy College of Engineering & Technology, Hyderabad, which could lead to sustainable future. Also mentioned curriculum details and taken concepts related to greeneducation. Our faculties also got a chance to interact with other delegates from different construction companies who participated and presented their ideas for the sustainable goals implementation in our country on that day. Net Zero Concept was also explained by respected Chairman, IGBC, Hyderabad.
