The Department of Civil Engineering had organized Project Expo for the projects designed by students on innovative ideas on 16th June 2023 from 10.00 am onwards at Civil Block, KGRCET. The major objective of organizing this expo was to provide the platform and unleash the potential of the students by showcasing their innovative projects developed in the Final Year either focusing Industry Defined Problems or User Defined Problems and provide an opportunity for the students to demonstrate their learning experience. The outcome of the PROJECT EXPO was that students were able to show their project at higher level and the process boosted their confidence. Project Prototypes prepared by students focusing on real world problems in the areas of core Civil Engineering domains with application of IOT in few projects. The final year students show cased their work through prototypes and poster presentations. Project Expo was organized by the faculty Coordinator, Mr. Jagadish SH under the guidance of Dr. Soumya S. Singha, HOD Civil. This expo also provided a unique platform to the participating students for their innovations and new experiences with the community. With the help of student volunteers, faculty members, and PRC committee members of Civil Department, the event could be completed successfully. The efforts of each faculty member (guides) in making their projects group perform at their best was appreciable. Finally, after successful completion of Project Expo, Head of the Department congratulated all faculty members and students for their active participation.
